For Back Bay Campground: We stayed at Lakeside Cabin #1 which was leaking sewage under the cabin the whole week. A worker there, Bruce, said the owners were aware of it the second day(July 5)we were there. The owner's daughter Jan, denied knowing it on our checkout day july 11. The smell of sewage came up through the air conditioning vents and the cabin stank all week and can be a health hazard. We rented a pontoon boat with a fish finder and trolling motor (which was the agreement upon rental) on it, which we only got to use for 1.5 days. The second day the boat left us stranded on the lake and we barely made it back to the dock.(which was around noon). They never offered us another to use for over 24 hours so we lost 1.5 days of fishing all together. The next pontoon boat they gave us had no trolling motor and a fish finder that didn't work which hindered our fishing. Other issues, broken screen door, steps that looked like could collapse, air conditioner kept increasing to 76 degrees, power outages several times daily, shower door didn't close, filthy throw rugs that would slip out from under you on wood floors (safety issue), broken recliner, parking set up at that cabin was terrible situation, Jan yelling at people about pool constantly, Amy and Jan yelling/screaming/swearing at us at check out. initially refusing to give us our $300 refund for boat and the refund for trolling motor we didn't have. Jan and Amy extremely unprofessional. Disgusting place.
