For Long Island Village: Wintered here Jan-Mar 2018. Be advised that the wind in Port Isabel is a constant 10-30 mph. Excellent seafood and Mexican restaurants close. Minus one star for wind. If wind doesn't bother you, it is Five Star.

For Long Island Village: This is a great place to stay for the winter. It is primarily a longer term park but there are some options for shorter. You can reserve through their website but better deals can be had by looking on the board in the clubhouse. The sites are all privately owned and can be rented by the owner at their discretion. The only downside to this area is the extremely salty environment of this area which will corrode anything left outside in short order.
