For Willow Creek SISCRA: This is no resort but if you want country living, friendly people, beautiful views, access to Cascade Lake for kayaking, hiking and room to play, this is your place. SISCRA stands for “Southern Idaho Senior Citizens Recreation Areaâ€. A membership group that acquired the BOR land and established the park. It’s mostly 30 amp electric only sites with water and dump available in the park. If you stay monthly, you can order pump out service so you don’t need to move.
