For Teserra RV Park: Do not stay here!!! This place is very misleading! Grass nearly waist high at every site. Trash littered the park. The manager would not allow us to contact owners of the park. Most mobile homes were old and dilapidated. We felt very unsafe even driving into this park!! We are still trying to get a refund.

Barrio on wheels
For Teserra RV Park: This is an old mobile home park on the backstreet in a sketchy neighborhood in Bryan Texas. There are a few sites that look newer. There is a dog kennel right behind The parking sites. The dogs bark constantly.
It is difficult to find with no signs on the street. There is a dirty convenience store in front of the entrance. There are no amenities at all. The cost is $35 a night which seems ridiculous.
