For Bayou Bend RV Resort: New park, very clean. Room for my 39 footer and 2 cars. There was a problem with the water 1 day but was fixed overnight. The laundry room is very nice and there are private bathrooms and showers. Internet was still being installed but they said it was 100Mb fiber optic. It went up the day I moved out. Satellite TV. Monthly rent was $500 plus .12c electric. Very quiet area and woke up to deer feeding some mornings. We would come back if in the area again. -1 star for the water problem and no internet while there.
**Not sure what the other guy meant. I have 2 kids and they were playing with others there for 25 days without any problems. Miss Frances always had a treat for them in the office too!

For Bayou Bend RV Resort: Children pretty much not allowed. The manager lost her husband at this one. She is a real piece of work. Good luck if you get caught with nowhere else but here. It isn't user friendly. In fact just leave the rent and don't bother trying to live here. They fired her husband only god knows why and she changes the rules to suit those with no children. They are a show me the money resort with a female ***ler heading things up. And yes everyday the tenants complain to the local repair man boutique how she was hating on their children. Wow. Should be laws on this. Waiting I think there is. And this site supports these people?
AllStays Note: AllStays does not support any location good or bad. All basic listings are free. But we try to list all places because of this...Is it better to have a place listed with even negative reviews and warnings or not at all and you stumble upon it by accident and not find any info on it at all? Even the worst place in the world deserves to have both listings and warnings about them.
