For Swan Bay Resort: We have a 40 ft Motorhome towing a car. We had lot 87 which we pulled into. We could not see the water but we were very happy with our site. Very level concrete pad with big ick pavers for a patio. Very large lot. Would love to go back.

For Swan Bay Resort: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Swan Bay RV Resort. The campground is easy to get to. Right on Hwy 12 just a short distance from Hwy 81. The campground is near Alexandria Bay where you have shops, restaurants, tour boats and every water sport possible. The road inside the park is in good condition. Mainly paved roads with a few gravel. The office was open and the people were friendly. The store has a little of everything. The campground is large and most of the campers are transient RVers. They have pull thrus, pull in sites and back in sites. Most are 50 amp full hook up. All are cement sites, with brick pavers for the table. All have a fire pit. We had site 115 which was nice, but it did not have as good of a view of the water as they had said over the phone. It looks like all the sites are level. The bathhouse and laundry is level. They have two pools which were nice. They have a tiki bar at the pool. Everything is first class. They have garbage and recycle curb side pick up. Most sites have no shade. They have Wifi which was very good. There is no cable. We could pick up a few channel using over air antenna. The campground has a lots of games for kids to play. . There is no road noise at all. We would come back to this campground but we would ask for a different site like 335, 334, 337, 338, 8, 7, 6, 5, 106 or 104. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well..

For Swan Bay Resort: Sites are spacious, concrete, and level with picnic tables and fire rings; full hook up. Some sites are pull in, which is a bit unusual; others are back in and pull through. Adjacent marina and good water views from many sites. Two pools, tiki bar, food truck Friday. Recycling program. Walk to grocery store. Pricey but affordable with Passport America discount. Nicest RV Park we’ve found since leaving the South! We travel in a 38’ motorhome with towed.

For Swan Bay Resort: Incredible resorts with many new upgrades and exceptional lots. Highly recommend water site, especially #5. A must stay if visiting the area. My Uber which was a disappointing experience but the resort recommended a taxi service. Great place!!

For Swan Bay Resort: Mainly their sorry attitude. Nice place but they do not Accept trailers behind your Rv because they have a rule to not accept even if the site will fit rule. They also do not like motorcycles. They were rude about it all. Expensive as well. I will pass over them next time in area

For Swan Bay Resort: Up and coming and will be very nice. Reason for not 5 stars. 1. Road system has some very tight turns with large boulders right next to the pavement. 2.Dog Park has more stones than grass, no shade. 3. Why would you have a portable basketball hoop set up on a curve on a road used by vehicles and right next to a couple sites?
