For Knob Hill - BLM: You must have a 4 wheel drive in this area! There really isn't camping here. There is some tent camping when you reach the main Knob Hill site. You can also pull off into the desert if you have an overlander type vehicle. We came here pulling a 29' RV. Found one pull out and stayed 3 days. We loved it, but you can get in major trouble out here. Be prepared for VERY rough roads, no cell signal, no services.
