For Greenlake RV Resort: What a find! This is a true resort fairly close to downtown. All concrete sites with grass in between, concrete streets. Customer service is over the top. There was a leak by the hook-ups and someone was out within an hour of calling to fix it. There are 3 outside kitchens with spotless gas grills, tables, and fire pits with seating. Also seating by the lake in a couple of spots to relax. Very pet friendly and they even have a dog wash station! Our lakeside spot was $10 more for a night and definitely worth it.

For Greenlake RV Resort: The plus for this park is the concrete roads and sites, clean rec room and laundry. If you have a 40ft trailer pay the extra fee from a pull thru. Although the streets are wide they are also used for vehicle parking which makes it difficult to back into a site. Park has many unenforced rules. There are many permanent residents that don’t seem to keep their sites clutter free. Bottom line, if you have rules, enforce them.

For Greenlake RV Resort: This is absolutely an amazing place. Very very nice RV camp. We have a 40ft with 50 amp and electric and water and sewer hook up. Plenty of room on our pull thru. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice laundry area. Nice lake.

For Greenlake RV Resort: Great facility. The rec, restrooms areas are kept very clean. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it is estimate 80%+workers, so mostly a "trailer park with wheels." Losts of kids, many of whom didn't seem to attend school. The park has a lot of rules (keeping sites uncluttered, etc) but didn't really seem to enforce them.

Carlton and JoDee

For Greenlake RV Resort: Green Lake RV Resort Our family pulled in on the 5th of September, within 3 days we had a family member that lives with us, tell us that a gentlemen that works in the office was very rude and abrupt to him for no reason ~ I called the corporate office which put us in contact with the District Manager, we left a message and he called back the next day... i told him about the office worker, the speeding going on in here over and over again by the same people and nothing getting done and how they didn't have the ADA lift out at the pool (Yes... we have a special needs son in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the belly button down)... quess what he did... he went right to the Management in the office and told them everything i said... of course... he (Mr. Allen, the Manager... not owner) started scolding me in front of another resident a few days later, told me to never call corporate on him again and that i was lieing about him being rude ~ I left and at that point called the District Manager back and let him know that he was wrong for telling them who called about everything, he told me i should apologize for coming at him about that situation and i was wrong ~ A week later the Management team went on vacation, quess who came here for a week, yup... the District Manager ~ We had him move us to the back wall, so... we could get out of the main highway in here that almost everyone speeds on ~ Today... we heard a truck fly by and almost hit a lady that was walking, we tried to call office but was put on hold... i drove up there to find that lady all a mess with her husband and i came in to tell our story and Mrs. Patty told me to call the police if that's what i felt like doing... i did... 2 illegal immigrants were arrested for driving drunk with 2 stolen vehicles staying with 2 trailers on the back wall ~ Then... a young boy jogging stopped me about an hour later to tell me that he lives around drug dealers in here and is afraid to go to the office cause they don't do their job ~ We'll be staying... cause we will not be pushed around, we'll be calling the police everytime we see things happening, this Management Team is worthless and this place might be full and look good on paper but is rotten to core... calling the News Station to investigate, immediately ~ Of course... this place is clean and 70% handicap accessible but the pond is not ADA certified and that is a problem!!!

Missy

For Greenlake RV Resort: Gated (a plus) pool is small. To many people live here. Smoking cigarettes while sitting in the pool. No tolerance for children in the pool while the residents are in it. Kids aren’t allowed in the pool after 8pm) Not a kid friendly place (no play ground) only 3 bathrooms and showers in the women’s bath. Trash is overfilled (not sure if they pick up 2xs a week? Outdoor kitchen and ice machine is a plus (the grills 2 if them) weren’t working. 2 other grilling areas around the lake. Laundry room is nice $2.75 per load $.25 every 10 mins to dry (2 cycles is enough) dog washing station but no fenced in dog run. It was extremely windy during our stay. 4 nights @$223 with good Sam’s discount.

JM

For Greenlake RV Resort: Nice gated resort with pool and hot tub. Popcorn and coffee bar (free) inside lounge. Nice laundry facilities and new clean restrooms. Stocked catch and release pond out in the middle full of blue gill, bass, and catfish. Many of the RVs had quite a bit of permanent resident stuff around them - totes, refrigerators, gazebos, greenhouses, and porches - but nothing that looked untidy or messy. Each site had a picnic table and a nice grassy area between the level concrete pads. Just 15 min from downtown San Antonio. We enjoyed our stay here very much. $56 for lakeside and $45 for regular spot per night.
