For White Crack - Canyonlands NP: Spent one night here in late-April 2021. Fantastic campsite!! It is a rough, 4x4, 1.5 miles each way off the White Rim 4x4 Road. Huge cliff on the edge of the campsite, wear your headlamp and watch your step at night! Beautiful sunrise location! We did not have windy conditions but others say this campsite can get quite windy. Little mice come out of the bushes at night and will get into your food, they are sneaky and quick, keep your food sealed and closed at all times! No water source anywhere nearby, but you do get a very nice, enclosed backcountry toilet! A backcountry reservation permit is required with the Canyonlands National Park office, plan in advance as this is approx. the halfway point on the White Rim Road and this site is consistently booked.
