For Veterans Memorial Park: What a great surprise. We have found a lot of county parks that are nice, but this one was excellent. Half of the park was set up with full service and the other half were with water and electric. My wife doesn’t like a short shower so we use the parks shower. The shower area was beautifully tiled with great pressure and hot water. The actually sites were completely grassy with out any bare spots. We had plenty of space between sites. The area that we were in had some widely spaced trees but plenty of space for our satellite dish to have access to the sky. The host that greeted us was friendly and helpful. The price was $15 for water and electric and $20 for full hook up. Most campsites that we have stayed at have spotty, slow WiFi if they say they have it. Our WiFi in our site was excellent and I was able to back up my ipad in a short time. The speed was excellent. The couple next to us also said the community has a great place to eat that was just a short walk. The only concern I would have is they only take cash or check, but most people carry that much change today so that probably is not a problem especially for the price they charge.
