USA RV Resort in San Leon WAS the best we have ever stayed at. My company had over 50 families stay in the past few months. This WAS our temporary forever place along with our company UNTIL management was fired and other people didn’t know how to read the books. The day temporary management took over is the day we moved out. Management was rude and proceeded to tell me that she would call a tow truck to tow my unit. I have receipts from my bank where I paid and I’ve spent a lot of money and my company crew has spent a lot of money here; we deserved respect. The temporary management - Tiffany proceeded to tell me that USA RV Resort didn’t care about my company. Well, one day after the new manager took over, my company has had 9 units leave, in addition to another contractor company. That is just the San Leon Resort only. The new manager has her kids running all over the park when she is no where to be found. They walk into our homes at 10 at night, mom is no where around. Her 6 year old I have seen in the pool alone, I have scratches on my new vehicle from her unsupervised children. This is an RV Resort yet they allow her to stay in a trailer with window units in the windows...making it look trashy, like a trailer park. If USA RVResort does not care about my company and the 500+ people a year we bring into the Texas city area, then other contractors should know this isn’t the place to stay either. We are families, we want to stay at family friendly places that respects us, that appreciate what we bring to the community and in exchange we bring in the business. These rv resorts stay afloat when contractors and their employees come in. Don’t respect us and your business will hurt. I’ve tried to have someone contact me besides the the person left in charge and she has refused to get me in contact with anyone, stating they do not care about me or my company. USA RV Resort, when you realize the magnitude of what is happening, you should contact me. Until then, I will continue to spread the word to all the people coming into town for the Valero work NOT to stay at USA RV Resort.
***update*** They are not replying to my emails, they have deleted my review 3 times. At first, I thought this was an isolated situation at this facility only, until my post keep getting deleted and my emails are getting a response.
