For Lighthouse Resort and Marina: This campground is mostly cabins with a small RV area up near the water. The sites are very close together and can be difficult backing into depending on the size of your rig. Not every site has its own picnic table and we were forced to share with our neighbors, but luckily we knew them and it worked out. It was very crowded with overpopulated sites, was loud with party people, and many people walked through our campsite throughout the day and night. MAJOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES. We had to have the maintenance crew come out to fix our electrical hookup and learned through this ordeal that this is a typical issue for this campground and many other campers had the same problem.
Pros: there is a nice pay to play beach down the road, but also a small swimming area at the campground that is sufficient.
While we did have electrical hookup issues, the maintenance crew came to work on and repair and there were no further issues after that.
