For Westview RV Resort: Great Campground! Wish we could have stayed longer! We were in Cortez for a couple of days to visit with friends before we went to Moab. This is THE premier campground in Cortez/Delores, CO area…..Great facilities, two dog parks, putting green, large pavilion, large pull-thru sites, great parking….on site and off, quiet, friendly staff! Suffice to say……they’re doing a great job……and they’re still adding on! We did Mesa Verde NP and had dinner with our friends downtown at the Main Street Brewery. Plenty of places to eat in Cortez. When we come back thru, we will stay here, no doubt!

For Westview RV Resort: Easily the very best park we have ever stayed in during 4 years of full time RVing. This is a relatively new park and it was designed for big rigs: wide paved streets, wide graveled sites each with a concrete patio and table. Two dog parks - one of which is the largest dog park I've ever seen in an RV Park. The other one is great for smaller dogs too. The owners are the nicest people one could hope to meet. They host a Happy Hour several times a week for everyone to get together and talk - there is a full bar plus free snacks, coffee, tea, and lemonade. There are several pot lucks throughout the year. The Park is very well maintained and clean. Near the clubhouse is a putting green, horse shoes, a playground of children, and pickleball courts. Each site is FHU with 30/50A service. Packages can be sent to the Park. There is a bit of street noise from CO-145 that fronts the Park but it didn't bother us. There isn't any shade - the trees they have planted at each site have a few more years to go before they're big enough. For monthly rates, the electricity is a bit high at $0.17/KWH here but a/c wasn't on all that much. There is a lot of see and do around here. Telluride, Durango, Moab, Bluff, Monument Valley, are all accessible day trips. A great many Pueblo Ruins all around us to see and learn about. Mesa Verde, Arches, Canyonlands, Gunnison National Parks are all easily reached. This park is a real find that we'll be back to often!!

For Westview RV Resort: We stayed during COVID-19 and as such activities / hours were modified. As we were arriving after hours (2:00 PM) on a Saturday, Hanna called us to verify that we were still coming and to let us know where to find our paperwork. Beautiful park and they are constantly improving it. There is a whole new set of pull through sites opening soon. There is grass between the sites and concrete pads with picnic tables. The "club house" has happy hours (Tues, Wed, Thur), clean 24 hour laundry (lots of machines), spotless 24 hour shower facilities, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, horse shoes, playground, putting green, gas fire pits, Hair Salon and Spa and lots of tables to sit outside under a pagoda. Very clean all around. Cute dog park. Roads are paved and top notch. We drove up 145 thru the San Juan National Forest to Mountain Village and took the free Tram to Telluride a beautiful place. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their camp ground. We have booked two months next year.
