For Venture Out Resort: These are privately owned rental sites. If a dispute regarding your site arises you are at the mercy of the site owner. In our case we travel with pets and our booked site (616) was full of broken glass and just in a general state of disrepair with cinder blocks, various hoses and wiring laying about. The lot owner refused to issue a refund so we ate it and moved to another site. The next day our original lot had a work crew digging a 3 foot deep trench in it to replace the sewer line. Sadly still no refund, partial refund or even a response from Waterfront Keys the booking agency even though they “promised†to follow up.
