For Hyde RV Park: There are a few false advertisements about this place. You do get a gravel space with electric and water. If you want to use the dump it’s another $10. There is “no walking distance to the river†unless you hop the Barbwire fences or climb gates that say no trespassing. Or walk a really long way down the highway dodging traffic to the fishing access spots a couple miles away. There is no library and the “bathrooms†consist of one porta potty. There is no shade. The electric and water hook ups do work well. There is a BLM campground right on the river just down the road.

For Hyde RV Park: We came to Hyde Park based on the reviews. We planned to stay for a week, but stayed for 10 days instead. This is a wonderful family owned park and it shows with the pride they take in it. Upon check in Linda came with suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Don’t let the little small town discourage you. There is ALOT to see in this area. We will definitely be back.

For Hyde RV Park: This place and the wonderful owners has been a Paradise for us! Linda gave us tips on where the best sightseeing is and, BOY was she right! This area is spectacular in its natural beauty and Linda has helped us make the most of our stay by giving us her tips! The park itself is immaculate. The gravel, the huge dog run, the common areas and each site shows such pride in ownership. Each site has electricity and water, a yard and a picnic table. There is a common area with fire pits and a volleyball net. The dog run is a huge field that has a large swath mowed down to give even big dogs enough room to run off excess energy. The owners are kind and so helpful. I highly recommend this park whenever you are on the west side of Butte!

For Hyde RV Park: This is without a doubt the best private RV park I've ever stayed in. I am more of a Boondocker and was lured into this spot because of the Wi-Fi and nice modern hook up.There is also a clean and easy to use dump station. The park is only two years old, the sites are level, everything works. Linda and Coy the owners are very hard on maintaining the park to pristine standards. With your site, you get excellent advice on local history and interesting nearby attractions. Their friendliness and attention to detail inspires an attitude of camaraderie between the guests, though you can be as private as you'd like. I came for one or two days and ended up staying for nine. It is just that comfortable!

For Hyde RV Park: We made reservations and were told to just write a check or pay with cash. There was no down payment taken. On the day we arrived we realized that the WiFi (which was great) but lack of cellular service was not going to work for my husband’s video call schedule. I was able to get WiFi calling, but he was concerned about the dependability. He has to work to afford us this lifestyle. So we were so excited to be at this amazing place, sooooo quiet and secluded AND literally across the street from this incredible river. I sadly had to tell the owner that we couldn’t stay. She was very generous and understanding about it. We were so bummed. Additionally, I had a replacement driver’s license sent to me there thinking we were going to be there for 18 days!! When we were unable to stay the owner forwarded my mail expediently and free of charge. There was a piece of literature there explaining the long family history on the land. You can feel the love and commitment. I can’t say enough about the owners and the lovely destination.

For Hyde RV Park: Hyde Park proved to be a hidden gem; an affordable yet modern park with level pull through sites and smart hook ups that attest to its new park status – all set amidst some terrific scenery adjacent to blue ribbon trout fishing locations. We loved that a reservation fee was not charged even though advance reservations were accepted. They simply asked for the courtesy of a cancellation in advance. We changed our arrival date two times along the way and they accommodated us without a problem. In fact, unbeknownst to us, the park started filling up with drop in travelers who embraced the “pick your own site†vibe that they encourage so we arrived to find that the owner had coned off a site just for us – with our name affixed and all – simply to ensure the reservation we had not yet paid for was honored – Amazing! That level of customer focus did not stop. One of the owners dropped by the site after we settled to provide the best “free local attractions†packet we have ever received and they also stocked communal firepits with free firewood providing an excuse for campers to socialize as the stars came out. Their pet friendly vibe came complete with a big converted pasture for a Dog Run that was partially cut for convenience. There was no bath house yet but water and electric (30/50 Amp at each site) together with a convenient dump station met all our needs perfectly. Overall, it was a quiet pastoral setting that was great for a couple days of rest after travel and local sightseeing. The owners aim is to attract repeat customers rather than mere volume – they hit the mark with us, we’ll be back for sure!

For Hyde RV Park: The owners here are really really nice and accommodating. They even offered to let my dog out since I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse. The park is literally right next to the big hole river that has amazing fishing and boating opportunities. There is no cell service anywhere in the valley, but they have really good WiFi, and I was able to use it to make WiFi calls. It's also close to some really fun bars. The sewage hookup isn't a big deal because they have an rv sewage dump on site. Also, the lack of showers aren't a big deal either because 6 miles away in Wise River there is a place to shower. I also liked that it isn't overly busy, so it's a perfect place to relax without having neighbors on both sides of you.
