For Rain Spirit RV Resort: Great smaller park (63 sites) not jammed in but not huge sites either. Nice amenities but not much for kids. Everything is spotless and new. Close to EVERYTHING in the area. Must see Jerome and walk through Cottonwood. Lots of wine and beer tastings and some great food. 30’5th wheel. Will stay again next year when we come by the is way

For Rain Spirit RV Resort: Great park in a great location. The Old Town has a great vibe with superb dining and shopping. Do not miss going to Jerome. It is a beautiful drive and an artsy old town. RV park has a pool, hot tub, nice showers, and laundry room.

For Rain Spirit RV Resort: Likewise booked for a week and extended for two. Perfect base camp for jumping off to area attractions or just sitting and enjoying the spectacular views from your site. We were blessed with some cool temperatures for late May which made our stay even more enjoyable. Toilet/shower rooms were individual, large and very clean. Except for early AM flight training from the nearby general aviation airport it was peacefully quiet but since I am also a pilot it was “music to my earsâ€. Almost walking distance to the nearby Verde River and swimming or sunbathing. Our dogs loved it! A 25’ Sprinter with a small toad.

For Rain Spirit RV Resort: This is a most awesome campground. It is close to Sedona, Prescott, Jerome and lots of other areas to explore. We made reservations for a week and extended to two weeks. Just minutes away from hiking trails and both towns of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. What a gem of a campground. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We did not use the pool or facilities but everything looked pristine. We will be back. Hated to leave.

For Rain Spirit RV Resort: Upon entering the RV resort it is apparent that this place is special and pristine! Small and charming... 63 sites sitting on a ridge over looking the Verde River Valley. Rising above the valley was a national monument in view of our site, #8. How spectacular is that! The Resort is only one year old and kept immaculate. The owners Gary and Kristen guided us to the longest back in site to accommodate our toyhauler with a rear patio. It’s positioned in a quite area but close to nice restaurants, wineries and shopping in Cottonwood. Close by are areas we could ride our side by side. For our next visit, we will be staying longer!!
