For Cowboy RV Park: Beware ---- It's a beautifully manicured park. The laundry facility is nice but.....There is no on-site management. Kathleen (the owner) is super sweet by phone but beware if you upset her unknowingly. In the 5 months I stayed there; I never once meet her and no one else I knew meet her either. I privately messaged suggesting she remove the "free wifi" from the fb page. Within days was sent an email saying I had 2 weeks to move out "due to electrical issues at my site". Hummm, those were corrected in April and this is June; which I have the text to prove. Also, David (the owner) was supposed to make an appt to meet me there to fix the breaker box and instead just unplugged my RV without my knowledge. When I tried to have a text conversation with Kathleen about the "real" reason she was kicking me out. I even reached out to David numerous times and he never once returned my call or text. I was threatened and harassed and Kathleen asked me if I had a "learning disability?". She threatened to post negative reviews of my business on Linkedin. There are definitely issues with their septic system since the freeze. The ammonia smell in my RV would not go away. Campers beware. I have all the text. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but integrity is skin deep.
