For The Pines RV Community: Beware staying here. This is an RV Park that thinks it is an apartment complex. To gain a spot you must submit to a background check. Then they hide signing a one year lease. What RV park does that? If you are staying only a month, give your 30 day notice immediately or you will lose your 100 dollar deposit (speaking from experience!). Otherwise the place is clean and neat except when the trash bin is overflowing.
