For Kickback Ranch RV Park: Not quite ready for RVs. Everything about this place screamed luxury resort from the beautiful gates, large steer grazing in beautiful grasses as you drive in, high-end finishes in the guest checkin, the amenities we drove past in the gorgeous woods, until we hit the patch of unshaded gravel with a few travel trailers. We are ok with gravel pads, don't get me wrong, but no trees, no picnic table, no grass, nothing to inspire us to enjoy the outside surroundings and the "amenities" are an additional fee or for owners only. So if we want to stay in an just enjoy their wonderful wifi -- the password given is wrong. Hopefully, they will work the kinks out because the RV part is new. That's why I gave them 3 stars to be fair.
