For Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park: Accommodating, friendly and communicative staff, let us check in early. Spotlessly clean facilities. Equine trailers and horses at one end, so no noticeable barn odors or flies. Large, large, large spacious park. Three bathhouses, all of which were “deluxe” in size, cleanliness and decor. Handy little store.

For Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park: I made a reservation for 2 nights here. 3 days before, we had mechanical issues with our RV that required us to return to Flagstaff for repairs. I emailed to cancel my reservation and explained our situation and asked for leniency with their 7 day cancellation policy. No response. I emailed the next day- no response. I emailed the day after- got a call from a very rude woman who would neither let me speak or listen to me... she said “I’ll look into it and call you back”. Guess what- no call back.... but I did get an additional $25 charged to my card for cancelling.that’s $115 in total that I was charged even though I tried canceling 3 days before. I get having to charge for late cancels, to a degree- but ignoring emails and then saying you’ll call back with no intention of doing so is ridiculous. We would have gladly stayed here in a week or so after we get the RV repaired- but the TERRIBLE customer service and flat out rudeness has ruled that out. Also- as a side note to the owners: your cancellation policy wording needs work. So does your service standards.

For Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park: We took a chance on this brand new RV park, and were not disappointed. Hard to find because the BLM won’t let them put their sign right on the highway. Staff as friendly as could be and the restrooms are spacious and spotless. Most sites are gravel. Give this place a year or two to get established and it will be THE place to stay close to Bryce.
