For Flying J Travel Plaza: When did Flying J go from the best price for gas in the area, to the highest price. Currently the regular gas at Flying J is $3.07, while all of the stations in Batavia are $2.95. That is $.12 more per gallon.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Denny's service is very slow. I have been coming here for years and it hasn't improved. They must be grossly understaffed. While I was there, a waitress spilled food on the floor. Instead of cleaning it up she and all of the staff walked around it multiple times. I had to mention that someone was going to slip and fall, before any action was promised. I had to remind the waitress to remove previous customers dirty plates from the counter, since no one would sit at a spot with dirty plates. I had to wait quite a while at the register to pay. I could have left without paying and no one would have noticed.
Parking: For years at this location there has been a problem with small cars and pickup trucks clogging the RV/Bus lanes. Again while I was there, several people with trailers came in filled up and left, as there was no place for them to park to come in and eat. one Motorhome simply parked in the driving lane. This continually worsens with time. Previously I had to park across 5 or six cars spots, because of this. This last time that was not even available - not six adjacent spots or more. There were many car spots open though.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Stopped for an overnight encounter from Boston to Missouri. Clean, well lit and spaces available late when we pulled in (~11:30pm). They told us to park anywhere out front and that as long as we were situated so that others could see to get around us it was okay to put out our slides. Place was clean and people friendly. Easy diesel lanes, too. I give this 3 stars only because the place played loud 80s music all night long—through really bad speakers—into the parking lot. Bring earplugs!

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Stopped here just for an overnight, pulling in around 10:15 pm. They’re have auto, RV, and truck overnight parking. The RV and auto parking is in the front/side lot from the main building, while the truck lot is out back. Easy in and out, friendly service, an they allow you to put your slides out. BUT they have thin, 80s music that plays 24/7 and very loudly into the auto/RV area. Not a bad stop as long as you have earplugs :)

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Restrooms are filthy. No place for drivers to set up their laptop, except in Denny's.
