For Bald Knob Travel Center: Excellent chicken and the gizzards are to die for they are not chewy my husband says this place and one other place called white hall in Arkansas are the only two places that they have ever made the best chicken gizzards not chewy meat chunks its like picken up a piece of chicken its not chewy to where your mouth gets wore out just chewing I rate these two places excelent chicken is not dry its juicy and you get big pieces on a stick yummy :)
