For Circle H Shell: The attendant put the prepaid gas on the wrong pump, the person at the wrong pump filled up with has I had paid for and left. The attendant wouldn’t do anything about it. When we went in and told them the pump wasn’t on, they said we filled up and had moved to another pump. We told them nope, look at the cameras, we never moved and never got gas. We were pump 9, the gas was put on pump 11. It was wrong of the person at 11 to take what we had paid for, and the attendant should have done something about it. Poor customer service, it was the attendants error.
