For Loves Travel Stop: CATscale was horrible. App was working fine but took forever for the attendant inside, so I pushed the call button. I told the lady I had the app and was waiting on their end. She was VERY rude and said “well, if you have the app, you don’t have to call!â€. Needless to say, never got weighed. People like her are rude! She could’ve kindly said, “no worries, I’ll weigh you and you’ll have to come in to pay.†So, don’t stop there and give them any of your business!
