For Pilot Travel Center: No Stars! Pump doesn’t work and no one tells you. No one cares if it’s an inconvenience. Four or five trips in and out, drive around three times. No one says they’re sorry. They all acted like I was scum in an RV only pumping 80 gallons. My business is on the road. I will not return to any Pilot or affiliated stop. Plus the restrooms are dirty and they stink of sewer. Buyer beware. No customer service. Too busy complaining to each other about late or no show employees. I get better service at McDonald’s. Too bad Pacific Pride is not in the area.

For Pilot Travel Center: Easy in easy out. Convenient RV lanes left of car pumps. Clean bathrooms.

For Pilot Travel Center: Fuel pumps are easy to access. Price was high like most Pilot stations. RV Dump is a negative 4 starts for not having two water sources. I would never fill my rig with that water. Not labeled as potable either so we asked for a refund and moved on. Come on people. I don’t want to make my whole family sick because you’re too lazy to set this up correctly. Laundromat is a joke. Only two small machines which was also not enough for us to get anything done so we’re moving on.

For Pilot Travel Center: Subway had a new employee and no one was helping him ,a snail moved faster then he did . And tried to tell the manager he needed help she walked away . I'll starve before going back .

For Pilot Travel Center: Great CLEAN showers. May help that the manager on duty was a very welcoming and capable person.

For Pilot Travel Center: RV Fuel station on the left of car pumps, and RV designated parking directly in left of fuel station (perfectly equipt for big rigs). Flat pull in, so no scrubbing. Thumbs up for that!! Overnighted March 2018.

For Pilot Travel Center: RV dump is on the left before you get to the big rig gas pumps (in the lot closest to the freeway). $10 according to cashier and it looked like you would need to enter a code to open it.
