Pissed Traveler 
For Pilot Travel Center: Stopped here and needed to use the restroom. Had surgery recently so can only use one arm and need assistance. THREE signs say there is a handicap accessible bathroom by the showers, one of those by the actual room, shower 1. The person back there said we just needed to ask for the code from the front. The guy at the front insisted it was only a showet despite THREE signs saying otherwise and refused to give us the code. Either the signs are lying or he was and I think one way or the other is violation of accessibility laws.
