For Pilot Travel Center: No better place in the world to have car problems!
I am a senior who was traveling alone with my dog, going home from spending a few days with friends. Heading east on I69, it started to rain. That's when I found out my wipers and signal lights stopped working. I couldn't see to drive!
I crept off to the side of the road, took the first exit and pulled into the Pilot Truck stop.
I approached the manager and asked for a mechanic. Michelle O'Neil replied that there are no mechanics here, can she help in any way? Well I broke down and couldn't even talk. She calmly sat me down, made me a coffee, and offered me food, and informed me whatever is wrong, she will help me and stay with me until I am on the road again. She asked her handyman John to have a look, but it was nothing he could fix. Then she called a mechanic named Brandon who would look at it, and even escorted me to his shop. While I was in the shop, Michelle went and bought a leash and a treat for my dog.( I didn't have a leash with me). I couldn't believe the kindness of the woman. I swear God sent me an angel that rainy day. A few hours later, my car was repaired for next to nothing, and I was on my way home. Can't believe the kindness I found in Michigan!
Many many thanks to Michelle, John and the crew! They are all amazing people!

For Pilot Travel Center: Be careful here. They tried to charge my card over $200 after I prepaid $20 gas. Thankfully my credit card company declined the transaction.
