For Pilot Travel Center: This is another sorry excuse by Pilot to call a gas station a travel center. They should close the truck parking and just make it a car gas station. There is never any truck parking available and the store is constantly packed with locals and tourists.

For Pilot Travel Center: too small. maintenance is always busy. on a main road so building is always packed. no where to park. bathrooms rarely get cleaned. coffee is always burnt because the water temperature is up too high. many complaints about men getting hurt by the water in the bathroom. short staffed ALWAYS. managers are terrible. fuel isles are always blocked. DO NOT COME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!!!
