For Loves Travel Stop: Very unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism and courtesy of the SPEEDCO staff. When I arrived, two bays were full and so I parked in the front of the garages and patiently waited for 40 mins., thinking someone would greet me and take my information, as do most Speedco's I've visited. After I saw another truck pull up to the side of the building and figured I better follow that driver inside in case he tried to jump me in line. After that gentleman speaks to the staff and leaves, I walk up to the counter to find out how much longer I had to wait, the jerk (I think is name was Ivan) behind the counter asked me. "have you signed in?". I said "Sign in?". He says "yea, you have 4 trucks ahead of you now". I said to him that there was no sign posted outside that I was required to sign in. Furthermore, you seen me parked in front of this garage for the past 40 minutes. I even seen when you and your co-worker walked over to the convenience store together!". He says to me, "Well it doesn't work that way. You have to sign in." At that point I was livid. Speedco did not get a dime of my money on 10/22/2020. I walked out the office and burned rubber out the parking lot vowing to never return and to be sure to write a review and warn all my trucking buddies to stay clear of this location!
