For KOA Journey Devils Tower: This is a great little park, perfect place to visit Devils Tower. Hard to beat the front entrance to the National park , And you have a amazing view of Devils Tower. It’s pricey, but you know what they say location, location , location. We were in a coach had her own showers her own bathrooms so I can’t comment on those. But we thought the park was very nice.

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Pricey. $60/night in June 2019 Felt like a captive audience because Nat’l Park was full and no nearby boondocking sites. View of monument was great, staff friendly. But the showers were horrible. Individual compartments with dressing area and shower stall opening into the outdoors on a 40 degree morning. Only heat was the shower steam, but you had to strip off and reach under the shower head to turn on the water. I passed. Nightly outdoor showing of Close Encounters of the Third Kind - was rained out the night I was there.

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Three stars for location. You’re right next to the entrance to devils Tower monument. Great view from our site. The park itself is in a state of disrepair and desperately in need of an update. The bathrooms are old not well ventilated and the door fell off while we were there. Dog crap everywhere including our site. Cigar butts all over our site and the grass was about six inches long. Pool is currently unusable and in fact was being sandblasted during our stay. Maintenance here seems like a backburner issue unfortunately.

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Pricey site and unlandscaped sites for rigs but acceptable.

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Campground was fine. Had a fantastic view of Devils Tower. We use our own bathrooms so can’t comment on that. When we checked in, they asked about the length of RV and that we had a toad only to be put in one of the smallest, grassy sites available (there were about 20+ sites with gravel that were longer and same hookups as we paid for) so we had to go back to get the site changed. One thing they need to do is put the checkout time on the brochure you get at check in. We were guessing it was 11, but were waiting for our kids to get back from the park one last time and had unhooked and were just sitting in the site. When we were hooking up the toad, a woman came by to make sure we were leaving (it was 11:49) and I’d guess at least 50 other sites open. There weren’t many at the campground to begin with.

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Location is unbelievable, get #36, 37 or 38 what’s view! Right at entrance to park. Show Close Encounters at night outside so cool!

Joe

For KOA Journey Devils Tower: Stayed here overnight in July 2018. Nice place. Our site was clean and level. We had a great view of Devils Tower. The staff were very professional and friendly. Only negative we had was there wasn't an adult section. There were kids everywhere, doing what kids do. They were screaming with delight at how much fun they were having! Great for them but not so much for a couple weary travelers. No one's fault, but it would have been nice to be in a quieter location. All in all, would we go back again? Yes, definitely!
