Xraytango

For Sayre City Park: Stayed one night in late April 2017. Easy access and a decent overnight stay for $12.00. It claims to have 80 sites or so. I would call it more like 15-20. There are 10-12 pull through sites that ar recognizable. The rest of the sites are spread out through the grass. Most of them have electric pedestals that are falling apart. I can’t believe they have not been shut down. Be careful if you plug in there. Lots of goat heads and stickers in grass areas. If you are looking for a cheap and easy stop this is fine. Don’t expect much more.

Defenestrator

For Sayre City Park: Really nice little site, and super cheap for having hookups. Only one other RV there when we stopped. Some of the spots are fairly close together, but most are empty so it doesn't matter much. Arrived late and just used the drop box.
One caveat/downside: TONS of little sticker plants everywhere, so beware if you have a pet or aren't wearing boots.

Rick

For Sayre City Park: I never should have posted a review; look how busy this place has become! Actually, here in Nov on a weekday, and there are a half-dozen here (vs the zero our first stop a year and some ago), so it's not at all crowded. Still very pleasant. Some of the pull-through are somewhat close together, but not bad, and there are widely-spaced back-ins. Water and electric at sites, gravel pads. Decent dump station with good water pressure. Truly is a (semi-) hidden gem.

Desertsam

For Sayre City Park: All reviews are still correct, almost empty on start of Memorial Day weekend. Still $12 water and 30/50 electric. May 26,2017.

Dapperdan

For Sayre City Park: Nice quiet campground, easy off easy on with large pull thru sites. Water and electric at the site but while we were there the dump site left a lot to be desired. No working rinse hose. At $12 a night we would stay here again. We stayed here in mid March with a 38' fifth wheel.

For Sayre City Park: Great place quiet this time of year and off the highway so little noise. $12 per night no attendee just a box to put money. Pet friendly just leash required, has lots of grass. Great overnight or stop a few days if passing through. Seems like real nice in warmer times with lots of outdoor activities. Exit 20 off hwy 44
